Hosts were very responsive. Pool was great. Great house layout! Close Proximity to shops and restaurants. View was spectacular!

The photos do not do this property justice. Exterior was clean and pool and backyard area was amazing. Property included everything you need for a family vacation including crib, high chair and stroller for our little guy. Highly recommend!!

My family and I stayed for about a week. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we're planning on returning next Spring. Waves, the beach house, itself is exceptional. Pictures don't do it justice. It is well maintained and we were in complete comfort. The hosts responded in moments and provided plenty of information on local restaurants and attractions. It's just a short drive in the provided golf cart to the easy access main beach, which is simply gorgeous. The view of beach from the front porch really helps it stand out. There are an incredible number of beautiful homes in the area that I imagine are similar inside, but the majority view other homes. Waves overlooks a short beach that is a birder's delight. An Osprey nest is the crown jewel with other local birds just in constant motion. Of course, before watching the birds, seeing the sunrise from the same spot with a cup of coffee is the perfect way to start the day. If you have someone in your group like me, that isn't as into the beach and just wants to relax with a great view of nature, this spot may be the best on the island. We're definitely interested in returning next Spring.

We throughly enjoyed Anna Maria and this great property! It was perfect for our family of six! We were impressed with how clean and neat everything was and it was such a bonus to have the golf cart, bikes, and beach equipment! We highly recommend this property!
